Continuous press

Continuous press has the characteristics of convenient thickness adaption, variable panel sizes, energy saving, low consumption and environmental protection, which is widely used in the continuous production of common PB, SSPB, OSB, LSB, MDF/HDF, plywood and composites.
Continuous press

Main features

· Flexible feeding inlet with self patented level adjustment using screw ball joints plus balance cylinders; variable feeding curves available to adapt to different process requirements.

· Frame plates arranged in groups as per uniform loads with stable size and high precision; frame movement using sliding sleeves and rods for heat compensation.

· Hi-precision platens with surface flatness less than 0.05mm as well as wear resistance, good elastic performance and long service life; connection between hot platens adopting short step structures with smaller heating hole gaps and less temperature variation.

· Self-developed design of the sliding between rolling rod and pin shaft and the stable structure of chain and pin; pin shafts inlaid with grooved wear bushings for a better lubrication between pin shaft and rolling rod.

· Self-developed centralized hydraulic system with high-frequency responding servo valves to achieve smaller steel belt deviation and higher precision.

· Intelligent production management system and auto-adaption to running conditions with online real-time information data to optimize the production process.
