Zhenjiang Zhongfoma Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter to be referred as Zhenjiang Zhongfoma) formerly known as Zhenjiang Forestry Machinery Factory affiliated to the State Forestry Ministry. After sixty years of development, Zhenjiang Zhongfoma has grown into a hi-tech key enterprise in China specializing in the R & D, manufacturing and sales of wood-based panel equipment. Our company is a member of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. Ltd.(a state-owned enterprise) and a subsidiary of China Foma Group Co., Ltd.

Zhenjiang Zhongfoma has formed a high-tech product group with over 50 varieties in two series of wood-based panel machinery and paper-making and pulping machinery by combining foreign advanced technology with domestic real working conditions. With the leading technology and innovative spirit, Zhenjiang Zhongfoma products are sold all over the world with consistent guarantee of quality. In China, Africa, Eastern Europe, India, Latin America, the Middle East, Russia and Southeast Asia, Zhenjiang Zhongfoma has been providing packaged solutions to build a bright future in each corner of the earth.

In recent years, Zhenjiang Zhongfoma has made great efforts to develop its new Series pressurized refiner systems and pulp-making disc refiners and so on. Meanwhile, we have continued to speed up the pace of industrial upgrading and product’s structure adjustment, and actively extend into the field of paper-making and pulping equipment.

Established in 1979

Zhongfoma belongs to China Foma (Group) Co., Ltd established in 1979 and under the State Forestry Department, P.R.China, which is responsible for technology research and development, manufacturing and marketing of China's forestry industry equipment.

In 2007

In 2007, CFMC was incorporated into the China National Machinery Industry Corporation which belongs to the world top 500 enterprisesIRank 367 at present.

By the end of 2017

Bv the end of 2017, The CFMC's property ex ded 6.5 billion with total profit of 200 million RE Over 4.0 billion RMB of the property came from the main business income. The export turnovel exceeds 1.0billion RMB.

Manufacturing Equipment Level

Zhongfoma has a number of high automatic assembling lines and the international advanced level of large and medium-sized machining center, heat treatment multi-purpose furnace, laser cutting machine, welding robot flexible production line, high precision grinding machine, three-coordinates measuring device，NC flame cutting machine, large floor type boring and milling machine, twelve meters of planer type mill and other kinds of precision and large-scale manufacturing and testing equipment, as well as the first-grade measuring and detecting system.

Main Business and Advantages

Zhongfoma carries out activities by adhering to the principle “ stand on forestry, face the society and towards the world”. During the 30 years after its establishment, all the members have been trying their best to make our company become the leader in the field of forestry equipment.

Since the 1980s, our company has represented the government to buy wood processing equipment.
Now we have production lines of our own patents and intellectual property, such as MDF/HDF/PB production line, the wood-based panel equipment, woodworking machinery, processing equipment for wood flooring, etc.
Some stand-alone equipment are the best-seller products in China, such as drum/disc chipper, BM pressurized refiner, sanding machine, etc.
We also have rich experiences on incorporating our wood preparation section, cooling and sizing section and sanding section into continuous press line from Europe. The lamination line and impregnating line have also successfully stepped into the European market.
After digesting the advanced technology from Europe and consistent innovation, we have researched and developed the MDF continuous flat press line which produces more than 200,000 cubic meters annually.
The success of the continuous flat press production line manifests the technical and manufacturing capability of our company in the field of wood-based panel machinery products.

Development

1979

The predecessor of Zhongfoma Machinery Co., Ltd., the Machinery Bureau of the Ministry of Forestry, was established. On April 3 of the same year, with the approval of the State Council, the National Economic Commission approved the request of the Ministry of Forestry to establish a forestry machinery company and change the affiliation of 18 factories. 1980

Beijing and Harbin Forestry Machinery Research Institute were merged into the company.

1985

Zhongfoma is undergoing restructuring. The 13 factories to which it belongs have been successively decentralized to the local level, and the company has undergone significant adjustments in organizational structure, industrial structure, and asset structure. At this stage, the company name was changed to "China Forestry Machinery Company" and "China Forestry Machinery Corporation" in 1986 and 1993 respectively.

1994

Zhongfoma has been listed as one of the 100 pilot units for establishing a modern enterprise system by the State Council, and has been restructured into a wholly state-owned company in accordance with the law, renamed as "Zhongfoma Machinery Co., Ltd.

1998

Transferred to the National Large scale Enterprise Working Committee.

2003

Become a central enterprise under the supervision of the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

2005

Zhongfoma has entered a stable adjustment stage, facing the impact of intensified market competition and increased macroeconomic regulation by the country. The company has taken a series of development measures.

2007

Zhongfoma has been integrated into China Machinery Industry Group Co., Ltd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
